I'm having issues accessing my troubleshooting logs for download.

If you're unable to access your troubleshooting logs by navigating to View Settings in your node's dashboard, try the following:

  1. Go to http://debug.keys.casa, enter your node's internal IP address, and click Run Diagnostics
  2. All three items at the top of the page should read "Success." If one or more do not, notify [email protected] for additional support.
  3. Click the button to download the log file.
