In the help tab of your Casa App, you’ll notice a button that says Emergency Lockdown.
This feature is available at the Platinum membership level or higher. If you are a Gold member, tapping this button will show a prompt to upgrade your account.
If you're a Platinum member or higher, you can press this button if you ever feel like you’re in a dangerous situation where your funds could be at risk. This will freeze any activity across your account indefinitely. Contact us to verify your identity & safety and we’ll unlock you within 48 hours.
If you are a Gold or Silver member, and feel your account is at risk, please reach out to us immediately using this contact form. We can assist you with taking additional security precautions on your account.
