The password you use to sign into your Casa App should be the same username and password you used to sign up for your membership on our website. It's worth double-checking that you're using the correct email address.
Also, if you happen to be using a password manager, the password manager will save passwords for you to use, but may mix up different passwords associated with Casa (i.e. your node's password vs. the password for your Casa App). It's also worth checking your password manager to make sure it's supplying the correct password.
"How do I reset my password myself?"
There is a "Forgot password" option you can tap from your Casa App login screen if you can't remember your password, or it wasn't save correctly.
Tapping that should send you an email in your inbox containing a link you'll need to click to reset your password.
If you don't see the "Forgot password" option, please check to see if there's an update to the app, so that you're running the latest version.
"That didn't work"
If you need assistance resetting your Casa account password, reach out to [email protected] with "Need Password Reset" or something similar in the subject of your email, and a Casa support member will be able to assist you.
We recommend creating and saving your new password using a password manager.
