The Trezor Bridge is a necessary component in the signing process for Trezor devices, as it allows your hardware device key to securely communicate with Casa and add a signature to your transaction.
You can find the latest download to Trezor Bridge here.
The Bridge is currently supported by Windows, macOS, and Linux. Mobile devices such as Chromebooks or iPads are not supported by Trezor Bridge.
In the event, you are having trouble installing the bridge you can try using a different browser or try "incognito mode" or the equivalent in your browser to make sure you don't have a browser extension like Privacy Badger or AdBlocker that may be preventing the Bridge from being installed.
Another troubleshooting step you can try is rebooting your computer after downloading Trezor Bridge.
If you have trouble installing Trezor Bridge, simply download the Trezor Suite Desktop App and have it open while signing. See our Trezor Troubleshooting article for more details.
If you've tried the above steps and are still having issues, please reach out to our support team, and we're happy to assist.
