Occasionally, if a credit card renewal payment fails and you try to sign in and make a payment manually, the renewal payment might be re-tried later automatically and you might end up being charged twice.
You can view your expiration date on the Account tab in Casa App, just below your email address at the top. If it is showing a date two years out and you have recently been charged twice, the second payment was credited as a second year.
You have two options for how to proceed in this case:
- If you are fine with paying for two years at once, there is nothing you need to do. You just won't have another subscription payment until the end of the second year, when you will go back to being billed for one year at a time.
- If you would like the second year refunded, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to issue you a refund for one of the payments and move your renewal date back to the end of the first year.
