If you'd ever like to cancel your Casa membership or downgrade your membership to a different tier, access to your funds will NOT be frozen or restricted.
We will never--in fact, we can never--stand between you and your bitcoin.
This article is for credit card subscriptions only.
If you paid for your annual Casa membership using an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store on your iPhone, please see How to cancel your Apple subscription.
If you paid for your annual Casa membership using an in-app purchase through the Google Play Store on your Android phone, please see How to cancel your Google Play subscription.
For credit card subscriptions:
All other Casa members who have a subscription directly with Casa are able to cancel their membership as a self-service option available by logging into your Casa account here:
From that web portal, click or tap "Settings."
In your settings, you'll see a "Cancel membership" button in the upper-right corner.
If you've already been charged, and would like a refund, you can request one within 15 days of being charged by submitting a support request.
What if I want to delete my account?
Cancelling your membership is not the same as deleting your Casa account. Cancelling your membership simply limits your features in Casa App, but does not get rid of any data in our system. Deleting your account does scrub the information we have for you on file, including wallet activity, etc.
For more info on how to delete your Casa account completely, please see Deleting Your Casa Account.
We're sorry to see you go! If you have any feedback for us, or have questions before you cancel, just let us know.
